I don't know about Wyoming but Alaska send out a fish & game officer with you & he tells you which animal they want culled from the herd & that is all you can shoot. I couldn't afford a wyoming license & hunt or the Alaska License & hunt. My bull weighed 550 at the Butcher with the hide, head, legs & innerds removed. The 50+ herd he has roams free on almost a square mile of sagebrush & eats grasses under a& around it. I shot it 25 miles east of BURNS,OREGON at D&B Bison Ranch.
